Pretreatment with dip tank

We highly recommend a dip tank for the pretreatment process, when the workpieces either are very long or have a complex geometry.

A dip tank can also be used at small production quantities.
 

Function

The workpiece is hanged on a fixture or placed in a wire basket.

The workpieces are then conveyed to the different tanks by a manual or an automatic crane.

Process stages

Every process stage consists of a fully welded tank with a sloping bottom.

A circulation pump ensures the mixing and optimal contact between the workpieces and the chemicals.
