Double plant
A plant constructed to fit the workpieces.Husqvarna's painting plant is extremely high in capacity as ideal-line has designed it as a double plant with full utilisation of the available space.
The painting plant has two individual lines and runs on a power and free conveyor system through the same processes. This reduces the operational costs and at the same time it increases the capacity of the plant.
The workpices
The workpieces are running on individual lines.
Line 1
Line 1 is for Husqvarna Riders, ride-on movers and for Husqvarna Garden Tractors, also a ride-on mover type.

Line 2
Line 2 is for Husqvarna Walk Behind Lawnmovers. A smaller workpiece, but more of them hanged on a fixtue corresponds the same geometry as line 1.
