One of the largest plants in Scandinavia

Jitech AB in Tingsryd, Sweden, has installed a completely new powder coating plant in 2010. ideal-line has constructed the plant in collaboration with the Swedish company Crescocito.
 

Workpieces

The plant can handle workpieces with dimensions up to:

L x B x H
3000 x 1000 x 2000

Maximum weight of the workpieces is 500 kg.
 

A flexible powder plant

The painting plant is designed for:

• High flexibility
• Short series
• More colors

The design enables Jitech to paint with more colors simultaneously which adds flexibility to the operation of the plant.

Flexility is also the possibility of curing the workpieces at different times. Furthermore this plant enables Jitech to apply primer powder before applying a topcoat.
